Fees & rebates

I'm committed to making psychological support both accessible and affordable. To this end, the fee for a standard 50-minute consultation is just $150.00, well below the recommended standard.

Please note, consultations scheduled after 6:00 pm incur an additional fee of $10.00. While I encourage everyone needing support to reach out, it's essential to be informed about the potential for rebates. If you hold a Medicare Card and have a current Mental Health Care Plan, you may be entitled to a rebate of $79.05. For those covered by Work Cover, Bupa, or other private health insurance plans, part or even full rebates may be available, depending on your specific coverage and if you have a Mental health care plan from your GP.

However, some bulk billing options might be possible at clinician’s discretion with a few clients. Please contact me directly to discuss it further.

Other Services

I believe that clinical approaches might not be suitable for everyone.  I also provide coaching / mentoring / consulting options.  These options have less clinical limitation and I can provide far more flexible and tailored support for you.

Initial consultation: $150 Following supports: Please discuss it further directly as each individual support will look different depending on their needs / preferences. Additionally, we offer a specialised $180 therapy session for those who require more in-depth care. (If you are struggling financially, please consult with me directly to discuss further). Coaching is very individualised and it is difficult to put the price here as it will really be depending on your needs.

Cancellation Policy As part of our service to our clients, we ensure SMS and Email reminders are sent through with 48 hours notice to allow you adequate time in which to confirm your appointment.  If for any reason you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, we would appreciate your courtesy in giving us at least 24 hours advanced notice to allow us to fill that spot. 
 


  • Late cancellations will attract a fee of $ 45.00 payable to the practice prior to booking future appointments.
  • Non-attendance will attract a fee equal to the standard fee payable for your session.
  • Please note: Late cancellation and Non-attendance fees are not covered by Medicare rebates.  


In the event that you are suffering from cold/flu symptoms on the day of your appointment or you are awaiting COVID testing results, we kindly ask that you contact us as soon as possible to reschedule your appointment.  An alternative option of continuing with your consultation via TeleHealth may be offered for your convenience.  In the event of illness, we may consider waiving late cancellation fees.
